Friendly interview process. Spoke with HR, then had four other interviews with direct reports for the team I was interviewing for. I followed up after each interview thanking them for their time. Two weeks after the last interview, I did not hear anything from ADP and decided to follow up again with HR to find out the status of my interview process and heard nothing. Being ghosted is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least for them not to communicate with me.
