Asked me to redesign their own website in less than 4 hours. I was advised by peers that this was a red flag and I should have listened. If they respected the ux design process they would understand that redesigning a website in less than 4 hours is a near impossible task. Been keeping an eye on their website after submitting my redesigns and they have stolen some of my ideas. Stay away
