I applied on Oct 6, 2021 and was officially hired on Jan 3, 2022. Trust the process. This company only hires the best and will go through great lengths to ensure the position is the best fit for you and them. I was initially contacted by the recruiter which verified my information and gave the salary range. The next week I had an interview with my manager, a week later I interviewed with another upper level manager, then I had 3 30 min interviews with a sales manager, vice president and and HR rep. This was a longer process than I've had in the past, but hang in there. Excellent interviews and very thoughtful questions. My advice: know the position you are applying for and give examples of what you've done in the past that you can bring to help ADP move forward.
