Company conducts background checks, which include, but are not limited to, verification of past or current employment; references from previous or current employers, academic or certification verification; civil and criminal court checks; social security number verification; Internet searches, checks of Boeing files, and/or a credit history check (if required). Generally background checks will be completed prior to a start date being established, however, certain business circumstances may require some background checks to be completed post hire. In those circumstances, continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the background check.
