The application process was fast, soon after applying I received a request to schedule an interview. The day before the interview I received a reminder and a 2nd one an hour before.
The interview was professional but dry and production line. The goodbye at the end was not overly friendly. The decline email came a few hours later. Everything was super-efficient, the interviewing process gave me a feeling working for ADP caters to a certain type of person that enjoys an assembly line type environment.
