I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP (Fort Washington, PA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Did about 4 interviews, phone, two face to face and ride along. They strung me along for about 3 months, telling me that I did very well and that they were just figuring out my territory. A week went by I followed up again, still was told they are working things out. This went on for few months, being in contact with an HR women and also the Sales Manager. Finally I received an email 3 months after my first interview telling me that they do not have an open position at this time. They said I should contact them in 6 months and reapply. WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, I WILL NEVER WORK FOR A COMPANY WHO DOES BUSINESS LIKE THIS, THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PROCESS I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH.
Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2025
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
