I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Jan 2009
Interview
Very long interview process. Initial contact was by a recruiter who did a phone screening for 1/2 hour. Next step was a in person interview in NJ at the hq, for half a day. Next step then was to meet potential managers for 1:1 interviews, then a group interview. Background checks and drug test took forever. Whole proces to my offer was atleast 2-3 weeks. ADP is a big company, and one hand does not talk to the other. Things get lost, like copies of your diploma, etc.
