I applied online. I interviewed at ADT in Dec 2023
Interview
Application was pretty easy and straightforward, immediately after applying I got invited to do a self paced video interview which was answering prerecorded questions on camera. After I did that, a day later I got an actual interview invite with a person. That was through zoom. That interview was pretty much going over the job and making sure it was something I would be interested in, my interviewer then asked a few follow up questions and at the end of the interview told me they liked me for the position and that they wanted to bring me on board. I got an official job offer a few hours later which I accepted.
