I applied online. I interviewed at ADT (Florida City, FL) in Nov 2023
Interview
Interview was easy going simple questions about me and my work history was offered the job at the end of the interview for technical support representative very quick and responsive recruiting process
Super easy and over a video call platform. It wasn’t super interrogative but more so a conversation. There was only one person interviewing me and it was very causal. We both just talked about the role and what a normal day looks like for someone in this role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ADT in May 2024
Interview
The complete process took about 1 month. After filling out the application it took about 3 weeks before I was contacted by the talent acquisition team expressing their interest in me. I was invited to complete an initial interview that consisted of making video recordings in response to pre-written questions. About a week or so later I was contacted to set up a one-on-one interview. It was laid back and a pretty enjoyable experience. We got to know each other and I was asked a few behavior questions. At the end I was offered the job and we had time to discuss terms.
