In short I can say it's the lafoot( worst) interview process. People who are taking interview are not yet all good. I really doubt that are they really original experience candidates are not. Won't even ask related to the requirements. I think first they should concentrate on training interviewers. Specifically 2nd round people they don't know anything whatever you say that would be correct of you strongly say.
