I had my first interview on-campus, and it had little behaivoral questions and some coding questions. 2nd interview was more technical than the previous and had white-board-style interview. It was overall a great experience. Adtran's campus has a nice view.

In the second round, they asked technical questions in C++ like pointers, functions, and code explanations. They will give you a piece of code and ask you to explain what the code does or why is it that why. They were not hard. They might ask you behavior questions to see if you can fit on their team like if you finish early on your projects, would you help your coworkers or you will move to the next project?
