I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AECOM (Hong Kong) in Feb 2025
Interview
It took a few days to receive interview invitation from the application date, no written test just panel interview. The interview took around 1 hour. Bascially academic checking, asking the subjects that you took throughout the university.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Washington, DC) in Jan 2024
Interview
I applied in late November and was contacted by an internal recruiter a few days later to answer a short questionnaire (all of which was answered in my resume and cover letter if they decided to read it). * I did not fill out the employee reference section in the application but I did have a close connection at the same office that worked in a different team*. After a few weeks, an interview was scheduled for the first week of January over Microsoft Teams.
The interview was very relaxed and straightforward. Three employees/PMs who were on the team interviewed me. They asked me pretty straightforward questions and the interview lasted around an hour.
I heard back from my HR contact the following week that I would be receiving an offer.
