HR invited me to the interview, started off with a written test, one passage in English and another in Chinese, both about environmental and sustainability affairs. Be sure you check the latest news about environment, engineering, policy and other news.
Then the interviewer came in and chit chatted with me, quite chill and casual, exchanged thoughts on different subjects and let the interviewer know more about me and my past experiences.
Written Test + Group Interview at Assessment Centre
Written Test has been reported to be both general (e.g., current environmental affairs, translation) and specific (e.g., knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA))

Interview
3 rounds of interviews, 1st with HR and then 2 with various members of the team. After progressing through all 3 rounds well and with good feedback, I was told the team had decided not to hire a graduate since they didn't have enough work available. Disappointing that it took 3 rounds of interviews and 6+ weeks for them to communicate that to me!
