Contacted by HR online, then an online interview, then the hiring manager interiewed me in a trip that he was passing by in Spain, for a position in Guangzhou, China. They just asked me about my current job and interests.
Describe employment history, provide examples. Wouldn't disclose salary. 45 minute process conducted online. Fairly straightforward, prepare some examples of relevant projects before hand. Look at recent project wins. Interviewed by a director and a associate director.discussed potential office locations. 2 or 3 day a week in the office

Unnecessarily confrontational from all interviewers clearly didn't read my CV prior to the interview. Unrelated questions nothing challenging, no job description shared just seemed panicky and chaotic. When I push back a little the interviewers were defensive. Surreal experience
