Interview
I was contacted by human resources and we arranged an interview time that worked best for both parties. That initial interview was not difficult but it was very informal. The interviewer stated that they would just ask me "some stuff". At this point, I felt like they were not considering me for the role and the interviewer was not taking the interview seriously, let alone the fact that they were just rushing through the whole thing. I ended up getting invited to do a second interview with the hiring manager, and they seemed nice, but it was even more informal than the HR interview. They didn’t care to ask any questions related to how my current and past experiences can apply to the role or anything specific whatsoever. All of the questions were pretty much related to testing how well you work with others, how you handle conflict and virtuous questions. Nothing of substance at all. My first impressions from the correspondence via email (which is awful by the way) and the interviewers is that they already had a person locked in the for position. So if you are applying here, just know that it is likely going to be a huge waste of your time.

Interview
I applied on the site and received a call within 2 days. I was interviewed by both the VP of Sales and another Account Executive. it was done within 40 minutes, and I was asked very basic questions. Quite surpirsing because I expected harder questions considering this position requires more knowledge and expertise.
