The initial interview was set to be only with Hr and I but all of a sudden the director of the Dept showed up. The interview took 1 hour, a lot of questions...Mostly behavional. . At the end of the interview they confirmed they would let me know in max 2 weeks as they were quite busy. Instead, they never informed me about the decision, even though I sent them a couple of reminders (HR and director). Really unprofessional.
