Two step interview, with HR first and then the Hiring Manager. Never heard back from them even after a polite follow-up and I know for a fact that they don't have a tons of application. I wasn't really upset about not getting the job but the fact they didn't even bother to type out less than 100 letters to reject me. Just extremely unproffesional and disrespectful for a Fortune company.
