I am actually appalled by this Company's interview process. I applied back in Jan 2023 and had my first interview with the recruiter in March, the 2nd one in April, and 3rd one in May. I understand that the market is a bit crazy right now but it TRULY seems like this company has zero regard for the candidate's time. On a level, I have not yet encountered before. When asked how long it will take, they could not give me a definitive answer which I thought was very strange. If you are going to apply for this job, do not hold your breath and keep on applying elsewhere because it's been almost 6 months now and I still have not heard back anything. #Ghosted

Interview
HR phone screen, interview with hiring manager and then final panel interview. Entire process took about a month from application to being hired. Interviews were standard behavioral questions with plenty of opportunities to ask questions myself.

Overall it was a good interview, however the company wanted me to help them get everything together even putting the office chairs in place and working long hours and weekends. The offer was also to travel by car to central america and with my own vehicle.
