Extremely disappointed by this experience. I was contacted for an interview, only to be ghosted. The recruiter followed up 30 minutes past our scheduled time asking if we could still speak, then proceeded to ghost me again. I ultimately chose not to take the call—this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Candidates deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. Please ensure your team is better equipped to manage their time and commitments.
