Applied online and a few days later received a phone call/email from the Sr. Talent Advisor during a Saturday evening to fill out a rigorous 5 page document detailing my experience and they wanted it ASAP. It felt like I was filling out an application to an Ivy University. They also wanted examples of my work, which I sent via email. Before I started to fill out the paperwork, received an email from the Sr. Talent Advisor to set up a time for a phone interview.
Come to my surprise, the phone interview never took place. After I sent in the paperwork, was ghosted for some time and received an automated email about being denied. I followed up to the Sr. Talent Advisor but heard nothing.
For a local company in my hometown to treat a prospect like this is disgusting! I would say AGCO has a huge ethical/communications problem. Plus if they make there talent team work on Staurday's, who knows what they make the staff do = NO Work/Life Balance!
