The interview has stared by saying ‘ if you have small kids, we would recommend to send them to the school’ one of the worst experiences. I do not think I will never ever have an interview like that. The person who claimed is supposed to be manager, does not hesitate to jump into private life. I wrapped up my resume in 10 minutes and ended the interview. If you afraid that much, do not offer hybrid schedules. Train your managers the important thing in the interview about candidates qualifications not their children and they did not know if i have a kid or kids, she is just assuming. This person is a manage in a company, the company can be corporation however the manager’s perspective is narrow.
