Interview
I filled in an online form and about three weeks later, I was invited to an assessment centre. The centre was a half-day event held in the AIG Dublin HQ. It consisted of a technical test and individual interviews with the current IT employees. The technical test included questions on SQL and flow charts. The two individual interviews are based around STAR and last for half an hour each. The centre is actually very pleasant because, between the interviews, you are interacting with other candidates, as well as recent graduates.
