The process took 3 weeks that I got interview at AIG. The people are nice and considerate, questions are not hard, short and succinct answers will be better. After an initial phone interview I knew that I messed up that totally. I was too slow to get into the interview mood and didn't do enough studies about the style of talk. Quite nervous too. Final words: preparation is important, Glassdoor has a good collection of questions that you can expect to hear from your interviewer. Good luck next time.
