stage 1 phone interview with HR, basic questions. stage 2 with hiring manager (2.5 hr very detailed questions). The interviewer kept asking if I could handle pressure and difficult attitude from the co-workers, sounds like the environment is not friendly. Overall the interviews are not very difficult, bit I've heard absolute nothing after the second interview, there is no phone calls, not even a rejection letter, even I've followed up with them. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional recruiting way.
