The hiring process was straight-forward and professional. There were two phone screens and a half day round of interviews with the CIO, CTO, VP engineering, and existing VP. Only hiccup in process: IT staff was dealing with an outage and their focus and time was difficult to fully obtain - understandable and played well into my background.
