Interview
Huge Interview panel, one older bald guy asked some super tough questions. Wants to know that you are aware of your surroundings and pay attention to detail. Really came out of left field.
Der Ablauf verlief chronologisch. Man musste sich erstmal vorstellen und danach wurde die Stelle erklaert. Anschliessend gab es mehrere Fragen fuer den Bereich Haftpflicht. Zum Schluss konnte man Fragen stellen und diese wurden auch beantwortet.

Was faellt under Haftplicht und nenne uebliche Faelle
3 interviews: HR, direct manager and country manager. Very fluent process. I was able to meet a junior from the team. Overall, it was rather easy, no technical questions as ut was a junior role.
In person interviews - 1 one-on-one with hiring manager followed by a group interview. Office is nice and they were very nice throughout the interview. Communicated through email and had very timely responses
