it is a on campus interivew.My interview is a little bit special, talking with a vice president and another man. They just asked just a few behavioral questions during half an hour..

(not that unexpected or difficult, but I dont know what is the purpose of the question...)
HR ask for some basic questions regarding major, year of college, and preferred location, then an online video interview, and finally a super day with 3 interviews back to back

Interview
First round was a phone interview. Some behaviour questions and simple technical questions were asked. Second round on-site superday interview. Three back-to-back interviews, almost all behaviour questions. They are nice and friendly. Third round still phone interview with department head, very detailed questions regarding resume, somewhat stressful.

It is a phone interview and there are all behavioral questions. I got this interview through a special reference. But at that time all the positions are full so I still not get this offer. Actually AIG is cutting budget and cancelling many internship positions gradually.
