I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (New York, NY) in Nov 2014
Interview
The interview was on campus, two 30 minutes. One as technical and the other one was behavioral. The AIG HR person was unorganized and wasn't there half of the time to coordinate the interview, we had to ask the interviewers if it was our turn. Never heard back from the company after waiting one month I just assume they just forgot or didn't care. My friend also never heard back from the company. Very unprofessional of AIG not to reply back to all candidates.
I applied through university career website and had interview on campus. 2 30 minutes interview. The interviewers were friendly so that I was able to answer the interview question comfortably. I only had one round interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AIG (Berkeley Heights, NJ)
Interview
Three behavioral interviews which judge personality more than anything else. Met them in my school career fair and they contacted me after 3 days. Told me options and scheduled an interview for the following week. Really easy interview with behavioral only questions and no technical questions at all. At a deserted place in Berkeley heights, NJ. Got a call 2 days after and got offered a ton of money.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AIG (Urbana, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
It's good experience for me to interview with AIG. Two round in the morning. Both not very technical. First round more like testing how I react under difficult situations and the second one is more focus on the projects on the resume
