I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Olathe, KS) in May 2015
Interview
I was initially contacted by a recruiter, who set up a phone interview. We spoke over the phone on a Wednesday. I was asked questions about my qualification as well as my job experience. Everything went well and by the following Monday I was called in for an on-site interview. It was pretty straight forward. I was interviewed by two managers. They were really nice, receptive and attentive. I was asked behavioral interview questions. The managers seemed interested in me as well as my qualifications. Quite frankly, it was more conversational and that made the process less daunting and more interactive. Everything went very well.
After the interview, I was reached out to and told that the company would make a decision in the next couple of days/week. I interviewed on a Monday and got a call back with a job offer a week & two days later.
