Interview
The process was fairly easy took a while to finally start. Only required to interview with 1 person and if selected you will take the drug test and submit to the background check and that's it.
Phone Screening Interview with HR Representative was straightforward, and enjoyable. Questions pertained to your work experience, educational background and future goals. The Human Resources Representative was very cordial and took time to explain the hiring process, job expectations and benefits. Within a few days, I was contacted with an offer. Overall painless process.

Describe your experience in customer service situations
It was an interview with claims managers and department heads. They allowed me to ask questions and well and provided a generally easy discussion and interview. Overall a rather good experience.

First it is an interview with HR (phone interview). Second step is an online test - Use of English. Third step is a final online interview. It takes about 3-4 weeks.
