I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AIG in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied online and a month later received an email to complete a phone interview. Passed the phone interview and completed an in person interview. The 1st interview was with a manager who was very friendly and easy to build a relationship with. Got invited to complete a 2nd interview with the director. This interview was a little bit harder but if you have previous call center experience, it'll help.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AIG (Woodland Hills, CA)
Interview
My interview was 12 years ago, so I am not sure if they have changed the way they interview. My process included a phone screening interview, and I had two separate in person interviews with two managers in each meeting.
