4 rounds of interviews in one day with various levels of a management. Met with recruiter first and then had two rounds of group interviews with employees currently in the training program. Then had two rounds with senior management that were more informative sessions than a typical interview session. Asked very general interview questions. No technical questions or skills tests were involved.
