AIG Medical Assistant interview questions

Interview was quite relaxed, covered previous relatable jobs worked and how skills were transferable, then completed competency role-play tasks such as reading a script to/with interviewer to obtain customer details to set up a new case. Followed by a couple of laptop tasks entering data correctly, checking numeracy and literacy skills.
