Interviewed with 2 of the department managers who were very nice. The atmosphere in the little conference room was very relaxing, they made you feel comfortable. At the end of the interview on of the managers walked me out and had a very brief general conversation which I noticed she did with all the candidates.

I met with a manager of operations onsite and she explained the requirements of the position and the keys to being successful if I was hired by AIM. She put me at ease and clearly laid out the opportunities that I could have as well as the future direction of the parent company, Anthem

Could I commit to being punctual and able to work my schedule as this was key in a call center where callers need to provided with reliable customer service.

Interview
The interview is with about six different people, two at a time. Two interviewers ask you questions and write your answers down before the next pair or group of interviewers come in. After the series of interviews you go home and wait for a phone call.
