Interview
I sat down with two upper-level administrators who chatted to me about my interest in tutoring, my experience working with kids, and my qualifications. I was asked about my SAT scores, and when I had cleared that stage, I was also asked to take a full-length SAT a few days later (skipping the essay portion) to ensure I still understood the test.
Phone interview followed by in person interview. If you pass those, you are then asked to come in and take an examination in all subjects of interest. The process was seamless and everyone I spoke to was very genuine.
A brief phone screening, zoom interview, and an academic assessment to gauge your abilities to tutor your desired subject (don't worry, you don't have to know everything at all! AJ Tutoring pairs you with a current Tutor to help fill any knowledge gaps you have).

Interview
First there was 1 impromptu phone interview that included general screening questions. Then there was one more comprehensive video interview where I met with the CEO and they asked more pertinent questions for the job.
