Took very long to get hired, interviewed 4 times until I got the job, and each interview was 1-2 weeks apart. Each interview I met with higher and higher executives. MUST WEAR A SUIT TO THE INTERVIEW. I tried getting a different friend a job here, and he didn't wear a suit & tie, I think that was the nail in the coffin for him. Must know a lot about Manhattan real-estate, Co-ops, Condos. They also had me write a few sample memos to test my writing skills
