After a brief phone screening, they had asked me to come in. I met with three different groups of people, from the core IT team, IT Manager, and Office Manager. Was a pleasant experience, and I had an offer the same day.

It took a month which ended up putting me in a awkward situation with another employer, But after that it felt I had earned my job!
