I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AKQA in Apr 2009
Interview
The initial interview was a phone interview that lasted about 30mins, questions asked were the usual, skills, past experiences, etc. Then a one-on-one interview was set-up which lasted about 1h15mins, which then led to a breakdown of previous work, presentation of samples of written work, then a company tour per se.
Had an interview recently that felt misaligned. The role and what was discussed didn’t fully match, and the energy in the conversation was a bit disengaged. Would recommend clarifying role scope and expectations early. Recruiter was great.
Interviews were very smooth. Did 4 interview in a day plus an assestment test. Everyone was easy going and very interested on listening, put yourself comfortable and make you feel you could be yourself
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AKQA (Washington, DC) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initially interfaced with a recruiter and then had a call with a senior DC leader. This was followed by a panel interview with 2-3 other product managers that focused on my background and mainly my background with requirements.
