Fui indicada, conversei com a gestora da área, depois ela agendou para uma rodada com a equipe (o que eu achei ótimo) e por fim, uma semana depois me enviou uma proposta de trabalho. neste caso, por outras razões eu infelizmente fui obrigada a recusar, mas foi a melhor oportunidade e a que mais quis aceitar
Had an interview recently that felt misaligned. The role and what was discussed didn’t fully match, and the energy in the conversation was a bit disengaged. Would recommend clarifying role scope and expectations early. Recruiter was great.
