The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AKQA (New York, NY) in Aug 2009
Interview
They were very helpful in scheduling the interview. The conversation was casual but direct and pointed at times. They seem overly concerned with accommodating technologies picked by clients versus being advocates for the best technologies for the project. Understandable. Big thinkers, but too focused on the largess of their clients. Poor compensation compared to competitors, but good opportunities to explore new ground.
