Had a first interview with the talent acquisition manager, followed by 2 video calls with the team members (Content, Strategy, Project Mgmt) for a total of 3 interviews and a few extra calls with the HR team.
All the people involved in the process asked me relevant questions about my background and ambitions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Il colloquio era conoscitivo, durato complessivamente circa 20 minuti.
La responsabile ha prima chiesto se conoscevo già l'azienda e mi ha poi illustrato AKQA, la sua struttura e ciò che fanno, inclusi alcuni progetti recentemente terminati.
Mi ha poi chiesto di presentarmi, e di focalizzarmi maggiormente su cosa desidero trovare e fare nel futuro, piuttosto che nelle esperienze passate.
Mi ha chiesto cosa mi ha spinto a candidarmi e a scegliere AKQA.
Mi ha poi chiesto alcuni chiarimenti sul cv.
