I felt like AKQA as an organisation lacks company values which was clearly evident in the interview because the hiring manager and interviewers didn't respect candidates time and effort. If a candidate is not treated with respect and humility then that says a lot about their culture.

Question 1
Literally reading out the resume at the interview and getting asked as to what it actually meant which came across as an interrogation. My first question was as to why did I my leave mr first job listed in the resume 10 years ago. The interviewer was not happy with majority of my responses and was apparent with her body language. Absolutely regret interviewing with them!
