The application process is consisted of multiple steps. First they went through my portfolio and CV, afterwards they sent me a case study and gave me 2 days to complete. Upon completing the case study, we did an interview about the role I was interested in and my career goals. All steps were remote. During the process, Iryna (Talent Acquisition) and Luca (Design Lead) were very kind and helpful. Even though I didn't get the position they provided helpful feedback throughout the process.
