Interview
Received an email from the RH to set up a call. The whole process was in 3 interviews. First RH call was a scanning to explain the job. Second interview was with a manager from another team to understand my career and my ambitions and explain the functionning of the projects.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, why AKQA, what’s your ambition for the next 5 years, describe a project you have managed, etc.
I had a phone interview with HR and then another one a few days later. I was told I would get an update after two weeks but it has been two months with no response, even after a follow up email on my side. This is not a good way to treat candidates. I would expect a generic reject email at the very least. No communication is unacceptable in my opinion.
