Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (New York, NY)
Interview
Online Mental Math test very similar to tradertest.org questions (easy one)
Sequence test, little bit harder but doable.
Then comes the fun part. They make you do a personality assessment test online.
Basically consists of 180 questions that seek to determine if you're a geek or not and how you would fit into the existing trading team.
That's where I stopped.
Did not understand if I was not geeky enough or just a too well balanced guy.
Overall not such a good experience as I believe that the personality quiz is pure BS.
You don't assess someone's character by doing a PsychologyToday type of quiz.
Again just a personal opinion.
However, looks like a very interesting company to work for. Good luck to the next applicants

Question 1
See above for the Math part.
There's nothing you can really do for the personality test.
Good luck
A quick interview within 15min. A trader will call you and asking you about some simple trading strategy first, then questions about Greeeks, at last some probability brainteasers related to dices. Really quick get to know the answer if you were rejected.
