I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL
Interview
Applied online after an info session at my university.
Received an online test about logic and math. It was same as others described here.
I passed the online test and was set up a 30 min phone interview with a young trader. The questions were some behavioral and some quick math. The math questions are fairly easy. You just need to be fast and accurate. For example, if I toss two dices at the same time, what is the probability the multiplication is an even number.
I was informed that I passed the phone interview the day after. The HR sent me an online personality test.
I did not pass the personality test. HR told me if I had passed personality test, the next and last step would be an onsite interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
