Interview
First an arithmetic and pattern recognition test similar to what was mentioned in previous posts. Very difficult to clear. Next is a behavioural test which consists of 185 questions to test your personality. Also includes some arithmetic and number series questions towards the end. I did not clear the personality test. The next round would have been an interview.

7:00 minutes to answer as many arithmetic questions as you can. I did about 50 and got through.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.

Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
