I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
It is a five stage process as whole though I only get to the fourth one. First is online math and sequence test. Second is mentality. Third is really short webcam recording test and the fourth one is phone interview. The fifth is supposed to be a real-person webcam interview. For the phone interview, it is 30 minutes long and my interviewer just jump directly to option knowledge and mental math with really short behavioral in the beginning.
