Online application - situational judgement questions , Video Interview - 5 minute interview describing what you know about Aldi, Why Aldi and competency questions.
Group Assessment - online group assessment, talk about a store visit and complete a task
Final Interview - with Regional Director for your chosen area. A mixture of what you know about the scheme and about you.
