Interview
Interview process was very long and full of different stages, 1st of a long written document had to be submitted, followed by several psychometric tests. I then had a 1st stage interview and then had a final stage interview which compromised a role play exercise and an interview with one of the more senior buying group directors.

Interviewer gave good detail about the role. Questions were very common interview questions. Interviewer took interest in my current role and tailored her questions around that. Asked to describe my daily activities.
